Sometimes you need someone from the outside – with a fresh perspective, unconventional questions, and the ambition to structure complexity. I support individuals and organizations through change processes, conflicts, and moments that demand clarity. My formats are always an invitation to collaborative thinking in a deliberately designed space.

Think clearly. Act courageously.

Personal support

  • Change is unsettling; that's human nature. I support teams and organizations in actively shaping change. My approach relies on strong relationships, clear communication, and well-designed processes: participatory, transparent, and with strategic foresight.

Workshops are an effective tool – but only if they are well integrated into the overall context. Long-term change requires more than just one good day. It requires preparation, follow-up, and the willingness to stay engaged between workshops.

My role: I keep the focus on the big picture. From kick-off to implementation, I guide the entire change process with a well-balanced mix of workshops, interviews, sparring sessions, small group discussions, and coaching. Together, we develop an approach that fits the context, while keeping the big picture firmly in mind.

I work with teams and organizations in government agencies, ministries, foundations, public companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Anywhere where change doesn't just happen, but is actively shaped.

  • I facilitate workshops, retreats, off-site meetings, and training sessions on leadership topics with calm, humor, and a commitment to ensuring that diverse perspectives truly shine. Because when people from different backgrounds think together, better decisions emerge.

No two formats are alike. That's why I work closely with my clients to develop the plan. Flexibility is important to me: if another issue takes precedence during the day, we adjust our approach. What matters is not the plan, but the result.

Depending on the goals and group, in off-site meetings, strategy retreats and annual conferences I rely on a mix of expert input, small group work and joint reflection in plenary sessions – supplemented by innovative formats that bring energy to the room.

I also adapt leadership training on topics such as leadership style, communication, peer consultation or conducting difficult conversations to the individual context.

  • Conflicts arise wherever people work together; that's normal. When they become entrenched, they drain energy and erode trust. I support people in better understanding and constructively resolving conflicts – in a structured, confidential, and non-judgmental way. This empowers them to regain their ability to act and look to the future with renewed strength.

Mediation is not about who is right, but about reaching a viable agreement that everyone can live with. I guide two conflicting parties through a structured process: neutrally, confidentially, and without giving advice. I do not take sides.

Sometimes it's helpful to first clarify your own approach within a conflict situation. This is possible within the framework of conflict counseling for individuals.

I work with people in professional conflict situations – in organizations, teams and institutions where cooperation is important and ease has been lost.

  • A space just for you. I work systemically, ask unusual questions, and provide support with appropriate methods – resource-oriented, non-judgmental, and always forward-looking.

Systemic coaching means: no advice, no judgment. Instead, a conversation that opens up new perspectives. I adapt to the current topics and mood in each session. What you bring determines where we go.

We'll start with a short, no-obligation introductory call – so you can decide if we're a good fit. After that, I recommend about three 75-minute sessions, as this allows for a real process to unfold. Individual appointments are also possible.

I prefer working in person in Hamburg and Northern Germany, but I also offer online coaching. People find me during professional and personal transitions: leaders, entrepreneurs, young adults, expectant parents – and anyone at a crossroads or seeking clarity.

Focused.

Appreciative.

In-depth.

We participated in INQA coaching with Lenja ("Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit"). During this coaching, we focused primarily on our leadership culture and established a new organizational structure to distribute personnel responsibilities from a single individual to several colleagues. We particularly appreciated Lenja's clear structure. She consistently helped us to work with focus, to consolidate our many ideas and thoughts, and to implement them. Lenja works with concentration and focus, with a sharp mind and an open heart. She listens attentively, takes the initiative at the right time, and treats others as equals. She helps people recognize their own strengths and develop their potential.

Lenja helped me recognize and understand which values are important to me in life. With her trustworthy, respectful manner and her precise questions, I felt seen, understood, and supported from the very beginning. She asked exactly the questions I needed to decipher the chaos within me.

After the sessions with Lenja, the chaos in my head was cleared up, the next steps were clearly structured, and what I particularly liked was that I understood how I can act in a self-efficacious way and be generous with myself.

Warmth.

The support provided by Jennifer, Ines, and Lenja for our preliminary project on the Future of Civil Engineering Strategy was a tremendous asset for my team and the entire agency. Despite differing interests and organizational cultures, we succeeded in creating a viable, broadly supported foundation for a politically significant future program with over 90 participants. The facilitation team combined a systemic approach with great empathy – professional, responsive to needs, and warm. This fostered a trusting environment in which diverse perspectives were productively integrated and clear results were achieved. Thanks to their support, we now feel ideally positioned to implement the Future of Civil Engineering Strategy with clarity and to further advance it. I thank the consulting team for their valuable collaboration and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Moderation of the strategy for the future of civil engineering (2023-2025)

Selective.
Familiar.
Fresh Perspective.

Since 2023, we've been working regularly with Lenja—not as part of a large program, but on an ad-hoc basis when we want to address a specific issue: expanding a business area, managing working hours independently, or further developing our collaboration. What I appreciate is that she now really knows our organization—and yet always brings a fresh, outside perspective. That's a combination that's not easy to find.

Learning made fun.
Hands-on.
Interactive.

To standardize our project work across all locations and throughout the entire company, we developed a project management approach in collaboration with consensa and adapted proven PM methods for practical application within our organization. For over five years, Lenja has trained more than 200 project managers and project team members in two-day online training sessions. It was important to us to test all learning content practically and interactively: the consistently excellent feedback from participants speaks for itself.
